Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Planning
that centers racial justice
that centers racial justice
Our partnership
Good Influence helped United Way of Greater Los Angeles articulate and operationalize a theory of change that centers racial justice. The theory of change grounds and guides the organization’s strategic plan and commitment to racial equity and justice, as well as major decision making around grants, advocacy, communications, and governance. Working with the CEO, senior leaders, and board members, Good Influence also integrated principles of organizing and relationship-based fundraising to deepen engagement and giving with businesses across Los Angeles County.
