Where Good Influence Comes In: Onboarding and Succession Strategy for Leadership

After eight years at the helm of E4E-Los Angeles, Ama Nyamekye launched Good Influence and began working with the co-CEOs of E4E national to develop a plan for managing organizational change through onboarding and succession planning for senior leaders across the organization.

Good Influence’s Deliverables:

    • Advised co-CEOs on successful onboarding and succession strategy and planning for senior leaders

    • Led internal stakeholder engagement process as well as external benchmarking to explore the best practices for organizational onboarding and succession planning

    • Conducted a sustainability diagnostic of local and national leadership to identify gaps and places for focused growth

    • Facilitated a collaborative design process to create a flexible toolkit for supporting senior leaders with responsible onboarding and succession planning
